Talent Attraction

We cultivate a workforce that exemplifies our values and embraces an inclusive mindset.

Our ability to attract, retain, and develop diverse, highly skilled employees is essential to driving innovation, sustaining growth, and ensuring long-term business success.

Total Rewards

Our “YOU Matter” total rewards program is central to our people strategy. Through this program, we deliver benefits and resources that support the physical, mental, and financial well-being of our employees, tailoring programs to geography and local employee and business needs.

Additionally, we recognize employees and their contributions through several recognition and reward programs, as well as through the delivery of market-competitive compensation.

Employee Well-Being

Employee well-being is an integral pillar of our total rewards strategy. When employees feel healthy, supported, and connected, they bring greater creativity, resilience, and engagement to their work.

In 2025, we advanced a globally aligned yet locally adaptable well-being agenda built around four pillars: Physical, Behavioral, Social, and Financial.

By prioritizing well-being, we reduce avoidable risks (such as health-related absences or burnout), enhance workforce productivity, and help ensure PHINIA remains a workplace where people want to build their careers.

To coordinate this work at a global level, PHINIA launched the Global Well-Being Council in 2025. The Council meets monthly to guide enterprise-wide priorities, evaluate emerging needs and risks, facilitate sharing of best practices across regions, and monitor program implementation at the site-level.

Learning, Development, and Engagement

We provide comprehensive learning and development opportunities designed to help every team member build the skills needed to achieve both short- and long-term career goals. These efforts are supported by individualized career development plans that identify employee growth areas and track progress.

From onboarding onward, our development programs are delivered in multiple formats, online and in-person, ensuring they are accessible, scalable, and adaptable to meet the diverse needs of our global workforce.

Culture and Engagement

We champion an open feedback culture and offer programs that encourage employees to share their thoughts, concerns, and experiences.

We encourage frequent and open communication between leaders and employees, and use pulse surveys and comprehensive engagement surveys to gain insights into employee sentiment about the Company, their teams, and their work.

Inclusion

PHINIA drives the development and implementation of inclusion, both globally and locally, with the support of our PHINIA Strategy Board. Our Global Inclusion Council, made up of senior leaders and other employees across our global footprint, meets quarterly to refine our strategic approach, drive progress on initiatives, and strengthen workplace culture for all employees. The four pillars of our inclusion strategy are Sex & Gender, Race, Differing Abilities, and Beliefs.

Health and Safety

Our occupational Health and Safety management systems are fundamental to strengthening accountability, driving strong performance, and embedding safety into our culture and daily operations.

Community Engagement

In alignment with our values of Accountability, Net Zero, and Humility, the PHINIA Philanthropic Committee continued its focus on our three core pillars of community engagement: Education, Clean World, and Community Service. In 2025, we introduced PHINIA Society — our umbrella initiative highlighting our commitments to these pillars.
